We have an amazing schedule this year! With 3 Guest Speakers and an International Musical Guest- you just can't afford to miss it! We also have a ton of activities for children and teens, so no one is left out!
The gates will open at 4:00pm on Friday, May 7th. Please understand that if you arrive early you will be asked to remain in the parking lot outside of the group camp until 4:00pm.

We will have a grill area setup to help with cooking.
6:30pm- Crafting a Dream Pillow
To be held in the Dining Hall. Come create your very own dream pillow with one of our guest speakers, Rio. Bring your own herbs and fabric, or use ours.
8:00pm- Opening Rit

9:00pm- Rites of Passage Workshop with Trudy
Done by Rev. Trudy Herring. A workshop for those who are interested in receiving a Rite of Passage during one of the Saturday rituals. A Council of Elders will be available to counsel.
9:30pm- Kids Bowling Night!
Bowling night with Momma Shay! This was such a hit last year that we brought it back.

Sunrise- Drumming up the Sun
Kids, Teens, and Adults are welcome to join us as we drum up the Sun.
Meet in the Dining Hall.
8:00am- Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, and Michael’s biscuits. Oatmeal and fresh fruit also available.
8:30am- Kid’s Craft Workshop
Held in the Dining Hall. Joing us for coloring and chanting.
The kids will also be making wizard hats and daisy chains for the Dragon Hunt!
9:00am- Maiden/Rove Ritual
Done by Revs. Sonya Hill and Amos Kelley of Temple of the Sacred Gift - ATC.
Held in the Field. Everyone is invited to attend!
9:30am- The Magic of Talismans
Workshop by Rio and Riverfire. On the Back Porch.
10:00am- The Dragon Hunt
Everyone likes to join in the fun as the kids follow the Wizard and complete challenges from mythical creatures and earn clues to find the Dragon!
Meet at Dorm B.
10:45am- Kid’s Carnival
In the Field. Lots of carnival style games and prizes for the kids (with a witchy twist)!

11:00am- Clergy Workshop
Clergy workshop on Grief Counseling and Officiating Funerals presented by guest speaker, Kevin Gardner. To be held on the deck of Dorm A.
12:00pm- Lunch Under the Trees
A yummy Create-Your-Own-Pasta buffet will be set up in the dining hall. So swing through and grab a plate, then take it out under the trees to claim a good sitting spot for the Wizard’s Games!
12:30pm- Wizard’s Games
Join us in the Field as we cheer on fierce competitors of the Community who are vying for Knighthood! Games include the Hammer Throw, Whipping Post, Spear Toss, and the JOUST!
3:00pm- Kid’s Story and a Snack
Come hear wondrous tales of Elvis, the Castle Duck, told by Mamie Moon.
Animal crackers and Capri-Sun make it a treat that can’t be beat!

4:00pm- 5 Levels of Being and the Paranormal
Public workshop presented by our wonderful guest speaker, Kevin Gardner.

4:00- 6:00pm Kid’s Ritual Workshop
Held in the Kid’s Triangle Room- Dorm B.
Kids learn about creating and performing a ritual of their own.
Join us at 5:00pm to see what they’ve learned and join in their ritual!
4:00pm- Teens Fortune Cookie Workshop
Come create your own fortune cookies! Location TBA.
5:30pm- Crone/Sage Rites
Ritual done by Revs. Terry and Amanda Riley in the Field.
6:30pm- Main Ritual
Ritual done by Rev. David Chadwick, Rev. Anita Christopher,

Join us in the Dining Hall for the Ritual Feast! Pork Loin, Green Beans with Mushrooms, Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, and Bread. With a yummy dessert and announcements to follow!
The Raffle will be drawn after announcements!
8:00pm- Ana Winter Concert
Get ready to be enchanted by the alluring sounds of our honored guest who is joining us all the way from Canada!
8:30pm- Kid’s Myteries

Followed by Babysitting and Movie Night in the Kid’s Triangle Room until midnight.
9:30pm- Teen’s Goth Dance
Hosted by DJ Tempest on the deck of Dorm D. Wear your black and get ready to dance!
10:00pm- Fire Dance
Join us at the Fire so we can share a tradition from Rio and Riverfire’s beloved Pyrth Annwn.
Drum and Dance the flames with us until we decide it’s time to stop!

Join us in the dining hall for our Annual Court Session, guaranteed to tickle your funny bone. Rumor has it that someone is out to kill the King! Bring your gifts to honor our Royal Family.
10:45am- Closing Ritual and Maypole Dance
Meet us on the Back Porch for the procession to Closing Ritual held in the Field. Presented by Temple of the Sacred Gift- ATC.
