Registration is a little
different this year, you may pay online, but there is NO ONLINE
REGISTRATION. You must print out the registration form from the link below and mail it
in with the appropriate signatures from all adults. Please only one
registration form per family. This may seem like a hassle, but will help everyone to have a smooth check-in and weekend!
We are also not taking ANY registrations or daytrippers at the door. YOU MUST PREREGISTER FOR THIS EVENT!!! You will be mailed a ticket packet and dorm assignments (if you are in a cabin) before the event. No one will be allowed entrance to the group camp without a ticket!
Weekend Registration
$45.00 per person by February 28th, 2010
$50.00 per person by March 31st, 2010
$55.00 per person by April 15th, 2010
ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE FREE WITH PAYING ADULT!
Registration fees include:
Accomodations (cabin or tent space) for the weekend
Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Workshops/Games/Rituals/Concerts
Children's Activites (including sitting in evenings!)
We are asking for a $5 donation from families bringing young children to help with costs of art supplies and activities.
Daytrip Only Registration
$20.00 for Friday or $30.00 for Saturday per person
No daytripping on Sunday
You
still must send in all appropriate registration materials by the
deadline to get your ticket, or you will not be allowed in at the gate.
No registration or daytripping at the door!
